TERMS OF SALES

Article 1 - Purpose

This contract is intended solely for the reservation of a stay at the “Les Coquelicots” house in Burgundy, located in Montceau-et-Écharnant (21360). We commit to personally welcoming guests with all desirable attention to facilitate their stay and provide information about the region.

Article 2 - Duration of Stay

The client signing this contract for a specified duration cannot, under any circumstances, claim any right to remain on the premises.

Article 3 - Price

The rates for stays are not contractually binding and may be modified without prior notice. The contractual price is the one set at the time of booking.

The price agreed upon during the reservation includes:

Rental of the furnished and equipped house from the day of arrival until the day of departure.
Mandatory cleaning, linen, and pressing fees amounting to €250 per stay, regardless of the number of guests.

Bed linens and bath towels are provided for the number of guests indicated during the reservation.

Article 4 - Reservation Formalities

The reservation becomes effective and secured once the client has sent a deposit of 50% of the total price of the stay to the owner, with a minimum of two nights reserved. Additionally, a signed copy of the contract or estimate must be provided before the date indicated on the reservation contract. The second copy of the contract should be retained by the client. Please note that until the deposit payment is made, the reservation is not confirmed, and consequently, we reserve the right to reclaim the house.

You can choose to pay for your stay either by check or bank transfer.

Article 5 - Cancellation by the Client

Any cancellation must be notified to us via email (lessuitesindivio@gmail.com) or by registered letter (Les Suites Indivio, 1C place…).
